500 grams of ground mea

1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (jeera)

1 teaspoon of ginger paste

3 chopped garlic cloves

2 onions

3 tomatoes

2 bullet chillies

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of chilli powder

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder (haldi)

1 teaspoon of coriander powder

1 teaspoon of cumin powder

200 milliliters of water

200 grams of frozen peas

Begin by heating the olive oil in a pan over medium heat until it becomes hot.

Next, add the cumin seeds and sauté them for a duration of 1-2 minutes.

Afterwards, incorporate the ginger paste and chopped garlic cloves into the pan, and continue sautéing for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Following this, introduce the finely diced onions and cook them for approximately 3-4 minutes on medium heat until they become softened.

While the onions are cooking, proceed to chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Allow them to cook for a period of 4-5 minutes.

Now, it is time to add the salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.

Cook the spices for 2-3 minutes, ensuring to add a few tablespoons of water if necessary to prevent burning and to enhance the release of their vibrant colors.


Once the spices have been cooked, add the mince and break it apart. Cook it for 6-8 minutes over medium heat.

Afterwards, add the water, cover the pan, and continue cooking for 20 minutes on medium heat.

Following this, incorporate the frozen peas and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes.

Finally, add the finely sliced bullet chillies and chopped coriander.

Serve the dish immediately with fresh garlic naan and savor its flavors
